Sandra was born, raised and educated in Colombia, were she obtained a bachelors degree in architecture and a master’s degree in urban and regional development. She also worked as an advisor as well as a consultant for the Colombian government developing and implementing strategic planes for 114 municipalities that surround Colombia’s capital Bogota; also, on mass transportation projects that would integrate via passenger rail transportation Colombia’s metropolitan areas. Before relocating to Buffalo she was the Executive director of a master’s program for the Piloto University in Bogota Colombia, were she published a book about the cost of infrastructure in developing countries.

 

As a Buffalo resident, she has helped American companies sell their goods and services in the Caribbean and South and Central American markets. Sandra in the last couple of years as a Realtor has been able to offer bilingual, bicultural homeownership services, she is thrilled to be a real estate advocate for the Hispanic community in the western and central New York area. She has sponsored educational seminars, has been the producer of a Spanish radio program in addition to a real estate Column in The Panorama Hispano “Hablemos de Finca Raiz con Sandra” (Lets talk about real estate with Sandra); in 2008  she joined Keller Williams as a residential and commercial licensed real estate  salesperson she has been  coordinating, designing and implementing a state wide  initiative  so that bilingual - culturally sensitive Realtors can join forces to expand homeownership possibilities within the fastest growing population in the state and better the quality of life of many Hispanic families.

 

Sandra lives in Clarence with her husband Thomas Keller, is proud mother of David also born in Colombia, and future engineering student at UB, and has 4 great stepsons, of which 2 are US Marines.
